Qualifications
1.
Bachelor’s degree or above in
Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics
, or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of experience in energy storage, data centers, or related solution engineering roles.
3. Robust knowledge of typical data center power architectures
, including UPS and HVDC systems, backup power strategies, and reliability requirements. Hands-on experience with data center energy storage projects is required.
4. Good understanding of key
BESS components
, including battery systems,
PCS, and EMS
, as well as their operating principles and equipment selection criteria.
5. Fluent English
, with the ability to use English as a working language.
Experience communicating with customers and stakeholders on international projects is preferred.
