Wallis Drilling is currently seeking experienced Air Core Drillers to join our Exploration teams based in Western Australia.

Driller duties & responsibilities include:

- Prepare for, run and close down drilling operations
- Undertake tasks relevant to Air Core drilling methods
- Allocate work tasks appropriate to crew member skills
- Operational maintenance of plant and equipment for both company and client onsite
- Conduct regular inspections (safety & operational) of drill rigs, drill equipment and support vehicles
- Provide regular and concise reports on all daily activities, both written and oral.
- Liaise with employees and client representatives in a professional manner
- Uphold company standards and reputation
- Ensure the safety of employees and site visitors

Essential qualifications (must have):

- 3+years full time experience on surface drilling equipment
- Cert IIlin Drilling (or studying towards)




- 'HR' unrestricted drivers' licence
- National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old)
- Be physically fit and healthy (pass detailed pre-employment tests including DAS)
- Be prepared to work in a variety of environments (mine site or camps)
- Be team and safety focused and willing to learn and follow instruction

Beneficial qualifications (preferred):

- Cert IV in Drilling (or studying towards)
- First Aid Certificate
- Fire – demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment
- 4WD training
