About the Role
- Provide support to Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other clinicians.
- Assist with therapy programs, exercise plans, mobility practice and daily living skill development.
- Support participants during sessions and follow clinician instructions.
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain a safe, organised environment.
- Complete progress notes and documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
- Maintain professional communication, confidentiality and participant dignity at all times.
Key Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting Allied Health professionals (preferred).
- Understanding of NDIS practice standards and participant‑centred care.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow clinical direction.
