Position Description — Allied Health Clinician
Tribe Allied Health is a multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering services across NDIS, aged care and private markets. Services are delivered nationally via home/community visits and telehealth, with a focus on client-centred, values-driven care. This position description applies to clinicians engaged as Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist — the discipline-specific scope, qualifications and registration requirements are set out in the tables below.

Service Delivery
Home visits, community outreach and telehealth — national footprint
Position Purpose To provide evidence-based, discipline-specific allied health assessment and intervention to clients across NDIS, aged care and private caseloads, delivered via home visits, community settings and telehealth, in line with Tribe Allied Health's clinical governance framework. This is a shared position description covering all four allied health disciplines engaged by Tribe; the clinician's individual employment or contract terms will confirm their specific discipline.
Common Responsibilities (All Disciplines)
● Conduct discipline-appropriate clinical assessments relevant to the client's needs and referral● Develop and deliver individualised intervention/treatment plans● Prepare NDIS/aged care-compliant reports,
functional capacity assessments and progress notes● Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the practice management system● Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on shared clients (Psychology, Physiotherapy, OT, Speech Pathology)● Educate and support clients, families and carers relevant to the intervention● Manage a caseload across home visit, community and telehealth modalities● Participate in clinical supervision, case review and professional development● Adhere to the relevant professional Code of Conduct, NDIS Practice Standards and Tribe's clinical policies
Discipline-Specific Scope of Practice
Psychologist
● Psychological assessment (functional, capacity, diagnostic as required)● Individual/family therapy, psychoeducation and risk/safety planning
Physiotherapist
● Assessment of mobility, strength, balance and functional capacity● Exercise prescription, falls prevention, manual handling and mobility aid recommendations
Occupational Therapist
● Functional, home and environmental assessments● Assistive technology, equipment and home modification assessments and recommendations
Speech Pathologist
● Communication and swallowing (dysphagia) assessment● AAC recommendations, mealtime safety and communication strategy training

Common Compliance Requirements (All Disciplines)
● Current, unrestricted registration/membership with the relevant professional body (see table above)● NDIS Worker Screening Check / Working with Children Check as applicable● Current Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (for home visits)● Skilled indemnity insurance (or coverage under Tribe's policy, as arranged)● Current CPR/first aid certificate (manual handling training also required for Physiotherapy and OT)

● Sound discipline-specific clinical assessment and intervention skills● Ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile/telehealth caseload● High-level interpersonal skills with clients, families and referrers● Strong, NDIS-aligned report-writing and documentation skills● Commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally safe practice● Effective time management across multiple service locations

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
