Master Stylist & Emerging Stylist

Build your next chapter with STONE. STONE. The Studio is growing, and we’re looking for two like-minded stylists to help shape our next chapter:

- Master Stylist — minimum five years’ qualified experience
- Emerging Stylist — all experience levels considered, including apprentices

Based in Paddington, Brisbane, STONE. is a boutique salon known for refined beauty, lived-in and dimensional colour, extensions, precision cutting, and a considered approach to hair and scalp health. We’re creating more than a beautiful salon. We’re building a talented, supportive team with a shared commitment to exceptional work, genuine connection and continued growth.

Who we’re looking for

You may be an established stylist ready to elevate your career, grow your clientele and contribute your experience to an evolving salon. Or you may be an emerging stylist looking for strong technical foundations, hands-on education and a clear pathway toward becoming an exceptional senior stylist.

Whatever your level, we’re looking for someone who:

- Genuinely loves the hair and beauty industry
- Takes pride in delivering refined, high-quality work
- Values client experience as much as technical results
- Is motivated to learn, contribute and continue developing
- Brings positive energy and supports the people around them
- Wants to build a meaningful career with a growing salon

Experience or an interest in lived-in colour, blondes, dimensional colour, extensions, precision cutting, and hair and scalp health would be highly valued.
