Kymora helps cosmetic and skin clinics bring their old patients back. We're hiring a couple of appointment setters to ring those clinics and book the owner in for a 15 minute call with us.

The job, in one line: you call clinics from a list we give you, you get the owner on the phone, you book them in. That's it. You never sell anything, you never talk about price, you never negotiate. We do all of that on the call you book.

About the pay, so there are no surprises. This is a contractor role and it is paid per booking, not per hour. You are paid $30 each time a clinic owner actually turns up to a call you booked, and another $170 if we go on to sign that clinic as a client.

There is no hourly rate and no retainer. The weekly range shown on this ad is an estimate of what that adds up to, not a guarantee. Some weeks will be quieter than others, especially while you are learning.

If that doesn't work for you, this isn't the right job and we'd rather you knew now.

The day

The same 2 hour block every day, any time between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

We give you the list, the script, the training and the call log.

After each call you type a quick note about how it went. We give you the form.

You'd be doing the same thing every day. If you don't like routine, this isn't the job.

What we're after

You've done phone sales, appointment setting, or reception in a busy business.

Salon, clinic or beauty experience is a bonus, not a must.

You're friendly with receptionists and you treat them properly.

You can take a no and make the next call.

Reliable phone and internet, and a quiet room.

An ABN (Australian Business Number). If you don't have one, it's free to register online and takes about 15 minutes. We'll show you how.

Everyone who applies goes through the same short form, then a 15 minute recorded task, then a quick call. We reply to everyone, yes or no.

Pay: $150.00 – $600.00 per week
