Key Responsibilities In This Role Include

n

n
- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Day-to-day portfolio management support across a growing residential portfolio
n
- Arrears management
n
- Conducting property inspections, including ingoing, routine & final inspections, to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
n
- Attending tribunal hearings when required
n
- Managing repairs and maintenance
n
- Establishing competitive rental rates by conducting market research on local rates and relevant overhead costs
n
- Working collaboratively with our wider property management support team to deliver outstanding service
n

To Be Considered For This Opportunity

n

n
- A current property management license (essential)
n
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)
n
- Demonstrable experience in Property Management (2+ years)
n
- Exceptional customer service experience
n
