Job Description

Amida Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the contract lifecycle for a $50m+ high-rise luxury residential project. The role demands robust experience with head contractors, tendering, variations, and complex procurement on 20+ storey developments.

The successful candidate will have 5–10+ years in a similar role, tertiary qualifications in construction management, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
