Job Title: Assistant Community Manager - Victoria The Opportunity – Join us in shaping a better future for people, communities, and Australians.
Assist build places people love to live with Stockland Halcyon Communities. In this dynamic role, you will support our vibrant over 55s lifestyle communities in Victoria, bringing connection, care and support to homeowners each day. You'll work across multiple communities (Berwick, Clyde, Armstrong Creek & Craigieburn), providing admin support to Community Managers along with cover/relief work at each community, when required, so a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel from time to time, is essential (kilometre reimbursement is provided).
We’re Looking For A warm and community-minded Assistant Community Manager with exceptional administration skills, outstanding attention to detail and a passion for supporting homeowners and building positive relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations for Australia’s largest over 55’s Stockland Halcyon communities
- Assist home owners with enquiries and community needs
- Welcome new home owners, including meetings, presentations and move in day handovers
- Support Community Managers with community events & activities
Provide administrative support to Community operations & communications (such as newsletters, notifications, flyers)
- Manage room bookings, maintenance requests,
incident reporting
- Contribute to a positive, team focused community experience, willing to be hands-on

Experience & Skills That Count
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Experience in community services, events, operations or administration
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and adapting to recent systems
