About the Role As a Student Nurse with YNA, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings across Townsville.

Depending on your qualifications, experience and scope of practice, you may work as an AIN in hospital, aged care and community.

We’ll work with you to find shifts and settings that suit your skills, experience, availability and preferences, giving you the flexibility to balance work with your studies.

What you will bring to the role





- Currently enrolled as a Nursing student with 2 placement completed,
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Paid NDIS and Working with Children cards (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- A professional, reliable and caring approach to your work
