- Temporary role (up to 24 December 2026) based in The Rocks, NSW

About the role The Project Development & Feasibility team works on a range of strategic projects that help grow and strengthen the arts, cultural and creative industries across NSW. The team supports projects that create and improve the spaces where creativity happens, from development and production through to presentation, performance and engagement.

As a Project Support Officer, you will provide project and administrative support to help deliver projects in line with agreed plans, timeframes and objectives. You will monitor project milestones and deliverables, undertake basic research and analysis, prepare project briefs and papers, and maintain project records and documentation. You will also communicate with stakeholders on project progress and issues, and provide meeting, secretariat and administrative support to help projects run effectively.

About You

You have experience providing project support and coordination, with robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable tracking project progress, actions, milestones and deliverables,



and have a proactive approach to keeping documentation accurate and up to date.

You have excellent attention to detail and can work to agreed timeframes and standards while supporting a range of project activities. Experience supporting business case development, feasibility studies and procurement processes will be highly regarded, along with the ability to work collaboratively with others to keep projects on track.
