Role Description
Manage the RAES program in Yuelamu and Nyirripi and support locals into employment opportunities.
In this role you will:
- Day-to-day you will provide supervision, guidance, and operational support to community-based staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to successfully create employment outcomes
- Manage local community projects and support your participants into employment
