We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Spare Parts Representative to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with automotive parts knowledge who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and develop an existing customer base
- Identify recent sales and business development opportunities
- Plan, execute and manage a well-structured call cycle
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Provide knowledgeable and responsive customer service
- Report on activities and customer concerns, working closely with Customer Service and Logistics teams
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer partnerships

About You

- Previous experience in automotive spare parts, parts interpreting, customer service or sales is well regarded, however not essential
- Strong understanding of vehicle parts, accessories and workshop requirements
- Confident communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach




- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
- A current driver licence is required
