As a member of our service department, you will receive comprehensive BMW training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest BMW technology and repair procedures.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups with precision and efficiency
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and software to quickly identify and resolve problems
- Receive ongoing BMW training to stay current with the latest BMW model releases and advancements in technology
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, customers, and team members to provide a seamless and positive experience
Requirements:
- Hold a Technician certification or equivalent
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of diagnostic equipment and software
- Possess the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
