GOT BIG DOUGH ENERGY?

We’re looking for a casual Baker or Pastry Chef to join the DoughHeads crew.

We make our doughnuts from scratch, onsite, every day, so we need someone who knows their way around dough. No shortcuts. Just proper pastry skills and an obsession with making really bloody good food.

If early starts are your thing, you’re regularly covered in icing and you get a little too excited about perfect piping techniques and outrageous flavour combos, you’ll fit right in.

The deets:

- Casual position: 1-2 days per week initially, holiday cover for other staff members, and potentially more regular days per week for the right candidate.
- Early morning starts - around 4am, sometimes earlier.
- Baking or pastry experience required (3-4 years would be ideal)
- Located in The Junction, Newcastle
