We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Barista / Cafe All-Rounder to join our team at Outstanding Scot Cafe in Launceston.
The role includes making high-quality coffee, taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, operating the POS, clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organised cafe, and assisting with general front-of-house duties.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience is highly preferred
- Confident making a range of espresso-based coffees
- Friendly and confident customer service
- Able to work efficiently in a busy cafe environment
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Comfortable with general cafe/all-rounder duties
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
- Long-term availability preferred
