Your Role

As a Restaurant Barista, you’ll be responsible for producing consistently high-quality espresso coffee while supporting food and beverage service across the restaurant floor. You’ll thrive during busy service periods, balancing efficiency with warm, attentive hospitality to enhance every guest’s dining experience.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

- Craft and serve high-quality espresso beverages with speed and consistency
- Support restaurant service, including running food and assisting guests




- Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Accurately process POS transactions
- Deliver polished, friendly, and professional guest interactions
- Keep your section clean, organised, and service-ready at all times
- Uphold RSA requirements and venue policies
- Work collaboratively with chefs, supervisors, and front-of-house team members

What We’re Looking For

You’re a skilled barista who understands the rhythm of a busy restaurant. You’re confident during peak service, adaptable across multiple tasks, and passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 6 months’ barista experience in a high-volume workplace
- Previous restaurant or café service experience (essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine guest focus
- Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (essential)
