What You'll Be Doing

As a Bartender, you'll be an important part of our front-of-house team, working alongside our Shift Managers and Kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and consistently high-quality beverages.

You'll take pride in your work, keep the bar running smoothly during busy service, and help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Corbett & Claude is known for.

Your role will include:

Crafting Great Drinks

- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to a consistently high standard while maintaining speed, accuracy, and presentation.

Guest Experience
- Provide friendly, genuine service, engage with guests, and help create memorable experiences. Respond positively to guest requests and always look for ways to exceed expectations.





Teamwork
- Work closely with the bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and support your teammates during busy periods.

Bar Preparation & Organisation
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and well stocked throughout service. Complete opening, closing, and restocking duties while following recipes, procedures, and checklists.

Quality & Standards
- Take pride in every drink you serve, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail while following all company standards.

Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work workplace by following WHS, food safety, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.

About You We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous bartending or hospitality experience
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Loves interacting with people and providing outstanding customer service
- Works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Holds a current RSA

Pay: From $27.80 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
