Designed to reflect the relaxed sophistication of Western Australia’s seaside culture, the venue will feature a produce-driven menu, thoughtful service, and a curated drinks offering. We are seeking experience bar people and management.
About you

Most importantly, you will possess the following:
- Passionate about people, food and wine
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A real go getter, who can think on their feet in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a clear understanding of the restaurant’s values and priorities
- Drive and develop customer experience to maximise return guests
- Experience in a similar position
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts (including weekends and late-night)
- Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol is essential
