About the role

Skin and Laser Studio is seeking a Skin Therapist/Laser Therapist to join our team on a casual basis with potential to move into full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional beauty and laser treatments to our valued clients in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Based in St Leonards NSW 2065, you will be delivering high-quality beauty and laser therapies that enhance our clients' confidence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

- Administering a range of laser and beauty treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, facial treatments and other specialised laser therapies
- Conducting thorough client consultations to assess skin types, concerns and treatment suitability
- Following strict health, safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and professional treatment environment
- Operating laser equipment and beauty therapy machinery safely and effectively in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Providing clients with pre- and post-treatment advice to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed client records and tracking treatment progress
- Contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the studio's commitment to excellence
- Building positive client relationships and recommending appropriate treatment packages or products
- Participate in ongoing training and personal development

What we're looking for

- Diploma in beauty therapy, laser therapy, or qualifications in dermal and laser therapy
- Current certification or accreditation in laser safety and operation, or willingness to obtain this certification
- 2 years experience administering laser treatments and/or beauty therapies in a skilled salon or clinic environment




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety compliance
- The ability to work flexibly and reliably on a casual basis, including evenings and weekends as required
- A professional and genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care
