Role Overview The Bid Coordinator position will coordinate tender submissions, collaborate with operational leaders across the business and play a direct role in securing major projects that drive the company's continued growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating submissions, engaging with multiple stakeholders and delivering bids that help secure major projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and prepare Requests for Quotations, tenders and business submissions.
- Monitoring tender portals, business development inboxes and client enquiries.
- Managing tender documentation and maintaining accurate document control.
- Liaising with Planning and Operations to gather pricing and resource information.
- Maintaining CRM data and tracking opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Following up submitted quotations and recording outcomes.
- Supporting sales meetings, preparing reports and meeting minutes.




- Coordinating current client account setup and internal handovers.
- Supporting the Business Development Manager with day-to-day sales activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development systems and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Bid Coordinator, Tender Coordinator, Proposal Coordinator or similar.
- Experience within the Civil Construction, Infrastructure or Engineering industries is preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and document management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn.
