DOPA Rouse Hill is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join our growing team.

This is a BOH-focused leadership role for someone who loves working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in great food, and enjoys leading and developing a team.

You’ll help drive kitchen preparation, food quality, service flow, food safety and team performance, while getting hands-on when needed. You’ll also support FOH during busy periods to keep service running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the BOH team during service
- Oversee food preparation, quality, portioning and presentation
- Keep kitchen stations stocked, organised and service-ready
- Allocate tasks and keep the kitchen running efficiently
- Coach and support team members
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
- Monitor stock, waste and kitchen equipment
- Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager
- Support FOH when needed to keep service flowing

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2+ years’ hospitality or commercial kitchen experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong BOH/kitchen experience highly regarded
- Confident working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Hands-on, reliable and organised




- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for great food and teamwork
