An established Adelaide-based architectural practice is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and enhance its BIM capability across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Working closely with project teams and senior leadership, you will be responsible for the implementation, management and continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows and digital delivery processes across the business.

Key responsibilities:

✅ Lead BIM implementation and governance across multiple projects

✅ Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates and workflows

✅ Provide technical support and mentoring to architects and designers

✅ Drive best practice in Revit and BIM coordination

✅ Liaise with consultants and project stakeholders to ensure effective digital delivery

✅ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and project outcomes





About you:

✔ Robust experience in BIM Management within an architectural environment

✔ Advanced Revit knowledge and understanding of BIM protocols and standards

✔ Experience developing BIM processes and project delivery frameworks

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
