Australasia is expanding its dealer-backed brokerage division and seeking an experienced, and self driven Broker to manage pre-owned vessel transactions across Australia. Based out of our premium marine facility in North Fremantle, you will align buyers with their dream vessels while delivering the end-to-end concierge service that defines the MYA brand. Alongside our luxury dealership brands Sunseeker, Saxdor, and Sealegs, our brokerage covers premium powerboats, such as Pirelli, and Proctector, as well as custom built and every day recreational vessels, all backed by a world-class in-house marine maintenance and service team.

Key Responsibilities

- Vessel Listings: Proactively source, appraise, and secure quality pre-owned powerboat and luxury yacht listings across Australia.
- Client Relationships: Build trust with boat owners and prospective buyers, managing expectations through clear communication and expert industry insights.
- End-to-End Sales: Guide clients seamlessly through valuations, boat presentations, sea trials, marine surveys, and final handovers.
- Showroom & Events Presence: Represent MYA at local premium events, marine showcases, and private viewings.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Protect clients' identities and financial privacy through strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive sales data.

What You Bring to the Helm

- Proven Marine Brokerage Experience: A strong background in selling premium used powerboats or luxury marine vessels.
- WA Coastline Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local boating hot spots, marine regulations, and the specific needs of WA boaters.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Highly articulate, skilled, and adept at closing high-value transactions with high-net-worth clients.
- Practical Maritime Capability: Safe boat handling skills for sea trials and positioning vessels around the marina.
- Tech & Sales Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM systems and digital inventory tools to keep listings current and accurate.
