POSITION: Adelaide Fringe Schools Program Coordinator

n

EMPLOYMENT: Full time (Fixed Term, FTE 38 Hours), 4 January 2027 to 2 April 2027

n

SALARY:$68,042 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation

n

ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE CRITERIA

n

Education / Experience

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office, bookings or customer service role in festivals, events, venues or education.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing bookings, invoicing or records with a high level of accuracy.
n
- Experience in database, spreadsheet or CRM management.
n
- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Google Suite and digital tools.
n
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with a broad range of people, internal and external to the organisation, in a professional and ethical manner.
n
- Willingness to attend schools performances, incursions and schools related events, including some outside normal business hours.
n
- Current Police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
n




- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one. (desirable)
n
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Red61 or similar). (desirable)
n
- Understanding of the South Australian school system, including how schools plan and book excursions. (desirable)
n
- Experience in an open-access arts festival. (desirable)
