EMPLOYMENT: Full time (Fixed Term, FTE 38 Hours) 19 October 2026 to 30 June 2027

SALARY: $74,500 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation

Education / Experience
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office or program delivery leadership role in festivals, events or venues, including familiarity with ticketing systems.
n
- Experience leading, supervising or developing staff in rapid paced operational contexts.
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, from planning through to completion.
n
- Experience managing a budget, including tracking spend and reporting on it.
n
- Experience building relationships with external partners, donors, community groups or media.
n
- Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency across ticketing software, CRM systems, data analysis tools and standard office software.
n
- Current Police clearance,
or willingness to obtain one.
n
- Familiarity with the arts and entertainment industry, particularly festivals. (desirable)
n
- Experience in an open-access arts festival. (desirable)
