About the Role

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the friendly face of Regional Australia Bank, helping customers with their everyday banking needs and connecting them with products and services that support their financial goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service and developing a rewarding career in banking. You'll work as part of a collaborative team while gaining valuable experience in a customer-focused environment.

- Welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their needs.

- Open recent accounts and guide customers through products and services suited to their goals.

- Support customers with our digital banking tools, helping them feel safe and empowered.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.

- Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams for lending, insurance and other financial solutions.

- Work toward clear performance and service targets.

- Learn the essentials of banking while building strong, genuine relationships.

- Grow your skills through ongoing training and development.
