Job Description

Stantec in Victoria seeks a Group Leader to drive Digital Engineering and BIM across major water infrastructure, leading a 100+ solid team and acting as BIM Manager on high‐impact projects. You will guide strategy, BIM delivery, and digital innovation to improve project outcomes.

You will shape BEPs, coordinate model workflows, mentor engineers, and support business growth while aligning with ISO 19650 and Forma/ACC platforms.
