We believe God is preparing the right person to lead Agnes Water Baptist Church into its next chapter.

This is more than a position to fill. It is an prospect to join God in what He is already doing in a growing coastal community.

We are prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who loves Jesus, faithfully teaches God's Word and senses God's call to shepherd our church with humility, wisdom and courage. We are not looking for someone with all the answers, but someone who will seek God's leading, love His people and help us grow as disciples of Christ.

Agnes Water Baptist Church is a diverse church family of around 100 people with a heart for biblical teaching, authentic relationships and serving our community. Our ministries include children and youth outreach, a thriving community op shop and contemporary worship. We are blessed with excellent facilities and a congregation that wants to see God's kingdom grow in our region.
