We're seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Toowoomba and Warwick operations.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the branch, ensuring safe, compliant and productive operations while delivering outstanding service to customers and strong commercial outcomes for the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading and developing a large operational team
- Driving safety, compliance and operational excellence
- Managing service performance and customer outcomes
- Overseeing branch financial performance and cost control
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
