- Managed customer orders, including preparation, delivery, and pick-up while ensuring payment processing.
- Stock management for smooth shop operations and timely fulfillment of customized customer and wholesale orders; ordering, receiving, delivery control.
- Collaborated with manufacturers to ensure products were delivered on time and met client expectations.
- Enhanced customer satisfaction through personalized service and timely delivery of orders.
- Developed recent employee training to enhance team performance.
- Direct contact with the different rep; discussion of new products, negotiation of deals, discussion of product related issues.
- Control and maintenance of the shop clean and organize to promote customer service and staff efficiency.

Requirements: At least relevant diploma qualification with at least 18 months of Managerial experience OR three years of relevant work experience.
