Role Description

We are seeking an onsite Business Development Consultant located in Melbourne, VIC.

The primary focus of this role is handling inbound enquiries, preparing and sending quotes, and following up customers who have signed up through our advertisements (warm leads only – no cold calling).

The successful candidate will answer inbound calls, contact customers who have expressed interest in our services via multiple advertisements, assess eligibility for rebates, prepare tailored quotes, book installations, update CRM records,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, organised, and motivated to convert enquiries into sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- The ideal candidate will have experience in inbound and outbound sales, customer service, or appointment setting, solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
- Experience preparing quotes and using CRM systems such as HubSpot is highly regarded.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Previous experience in VEU Program, HVAC, solar, or home upgrade industries is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
