- Salesforce & Performance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, manage your pipeline effectively and consistently deliver against agreed sales KPIs, conversion targets and revenue goals.
- Post-Sales & Account Management: Follow up with clients after sales to strengthen relationships, gather product feedback and identify opportunities for future engagement.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with marketing, product and national events teams to ensure promotional activity and event strategies align with commercial goals and market insights.
- Operational Support: Maintain and update work instructions, templates and standard procedures to support team efficiency and quality.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that market leading customer experience is provided to existing and new customers at all times by finding solutions to challenges, being available and responsive to inquiries and proactively looking for ways to assist them.
