We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing and installing custom cabinetry for a range of projects across Melbourne. This position is pivotal to delivering the high-quality, custom joinery work that defines our reputation in the commercial and residential construction sector. Positions are available for both factory and on our job sites.

What you'll be doing

- Working with appropriate materials, finishes and hardware to match project requirements and client preferences
- Operate precision woodworking tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components to exact specifications
- Construct high-quality cabinetry in the workshop, including doors, drawers, frames and other bespoke elements
- Prepare and finish cabinetry
- Install completed cabinetry on job sites, ensuring proper alignment, levelness and secure fitting
- Make adjustments and modifications on-site to ensure seamless integration
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working order and adhere to health and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with staff and other tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met
- Quality-check all work to ensure it meets standards and client expectations

What we're looking for

- Recently completed apprenticeship or formal training in carpentry, cabinet making or joinery (those currently studying cabinet making are also welcome to apply)
- Experience in cabinet making and/or installation within residential or high-end commercial environments




- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and precision woodworking machinery
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications accurately
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail, particularly when working to tight tolerances
- Strong communication skills and a qualified, customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites across Melbourne
- Current knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices
