Due to continued growth and the award of new long-term contracts, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our tight-knit team, based at either our Marleston Head Office or Lonsdale Manufacturing Facility.
This role is ideal for a qualified cabinetmaker looking to take the next step in their career with a leading SA joinery company, delivering exceptional outcomes alongside some of Australia’s best builders.
About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of the on-site delivery of cabinetry installations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong relationships with builders and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include
- Supervising and coordinating installers and subcontractors
- Scheduling and managing installation and maintenance works
- Conducting site check measures and quality assurance inspections
- Acting as the primary point of contact for builders and customers on-site
- Liaising closely with drafting, design,
and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Proactively communicating with builders, site managers, and supervisors to address issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining positive, skilled working relationships with builder partners and site teams
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a practical trade background, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
You will have
- 5+ years’ experience in Cabinet Making
- Trade qualification as a Cabinetmaker and industry experience within a cabinetmaking/joinery business
- A current White Card
- A current driver’s licence and confidence driving a manual vehicle
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve issues professionally
- A positive, hands-on and team-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High-level computer literacy, including proven experience using Excel
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
