We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Cafe All-Rounder/Barista to join our team at Station Mingle in Sandringham.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced café environment, enjoys providing great customer service, and works well as part of a team.

This is an all-rounder role, so you’ll be making coffee, taking orders, using the POS, running food and drinks, clearing tables, and helping out wherever needed during busy periods.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of barista experience, preferably in a Melbourne café
- Confident making coffee in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using POS systems and taking customer orders
- Able to run food and drinks, explicit tables and assist with general front-of-house duties
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to stay organised and work efficiently during busy periods

Pay: $26.44 – $29.00 per hour
