Full-time | Front of House Leadership

$60,000 base salary + super

Flower Child Chatswood is looking for a strong hospitality professional ready to take the next step into leadership.

We want someone who can read a busy service, look after people, take ownership and help lead the team from the floor.

You may already be a Supervisor, or you may be an experienced Senior FOH team member who has naturally started taking on more responsibility.

For the right person, this role is designed to develop into Assistant Manager and ultimately FOH Store Manager.

What you'll do

- Lead busy services and keep the floor organised, calm and moving
- Manage hosting, guest flow and overall FOH service standards
- Work hands-on alongside the team and step in wherever needed
- Lead, coach and train FOH team members
- Build strong relationships with guests and the team
- Support opening, closing and daily operational organisation
- Develop into rostering, labour management and broader venue leadership

This is a front-of-house leadership role only and does not involve kitchen management.

- Kind, emotionally mature and good with different personalities
- Confident communicating, leading and giving direction
- Interested in training people and helping others improve

Experience we're looking for




- Strong experience in busy café or restaurant FOH environments
- Experience leading or helping run high-volume services
- Robust hosting and floor-management capability
- At least 1 year of hands-on coffee/barista experience
- Confidence with espresso service and working around a busy coffee operation
- Restaurant experience is highly regarded
- Rostering experience is an advantage, but not essential
