About the Role

Let’s cut the usual job-ad bullsh*t. We’re an established, fast-growing construction business working across Tier 1–3 projects, and we’re looking for a Carpark & Linemarking Specialist who wants more than just another job.

The work is hands-on: linemarking, complete setouts, surface preparation/sealing and installation of wheel stops, bollards, speed humps, signage and other carpark fixtures.

But we're not just looking for another set of hands.

We want someone hungry, switched-on and ambitious enough to eventually run their own crew, projects, an entire trade department or potentially a state operation as we expand.

What You’ll Do

- Precision linemarking and complete layout setouts
- Masking, chalking, measuring and angles
- Surface preparation and sealing
- Install wheel stops, bollards, speed humps, signs and other fixtures
- Liaise with Site Managers and foremen across projects
- Use company software to manage and update your work
- Take increasing ownership of projects as you prove yourself

Who We Want

You don't need 10 years' experience. 6–12 months of relevant experience can be enough if the person behind it is right. You'll need a White Card, Driver's Licence, solid power-tool skills and practical experience with relevant trade work.

More importantly, we want the right mentality.

Someone who takes pride in their work. Someone who notices when something looks like sh*t before we have to point it out. Someone who doesn't need to be chased and whose first question after finishing a job is “what's next?”

Mistakes happen. Own them, fix them and learn.





What we don't tolerate is repeated sloppiness, excuses, ego or a “she'll be right” attitude.

If you think there's a better way of doing something, tell us. If we're doing something stupid, tell us that too - just bring a better solution.

Our goal isn't to have people blindly doing what they're told.

We want people who eventually know their department better than we do.

Where This Can Go

There is a genuine career path here: Specialist → Crew Leader → Supervisor/PM → Trade Department Manager → State Manager

That's not a promise of free promotions. You earn your seat.

As we expand into recent trades and interstate operations, the people who prove they can deliver will get first crack at bigger opportunities.
