We are seeking a reliable and practically minded Casual Certificate Framing Assistant to join our team during an upcoming series of university graduation ceremonies in Adelaide. The primary responsibility will be installing graduating students' A3 parchments into premade certificate frames with mat boards.
This is straightforward and repetitive work, but it must be completed quickly, carefully and accurately. Following each graduation ceremony, dozens of orders may be received over a 60 to 90 minute period. There are three ceremony periods each day, so you will need to remain focused and maintain consistent quality during busy periods.
You will work alongside experienced Rewards International team members and receive instruction in our certificate installation process. The role will also involve some interaction with graduating students and their families, including receiving certificates, confirming orders, handing over completed frames and providing friendly assistance at our retail stand.
Key responsibilities
- Receiving certificates from graduating students and their families
- Installing students' certificates into premade frames with mat boards
- Completing installations quickly, carefully and accurately

About you
- Experience with hands-on assembly, artwork positioning or accurate material alignment
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for alignment and straight,
balanced positioning.
- The ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy
- Confidence performing repetitive manual tasks during concentrated periods of demand
- A friendly and professional manner when assisting customers
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to follow an established process
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced team environment
- Appropriate personal presentation for a university graduation and retail setting
