About The Role

As an Optical Assistant,



you'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for every patient who visits the practice.

From assisting patients with their eyewear needs to supporting day-to-day practice operations, you'll help deliver the personalised service our patients have come to know and trust.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Previous retail experience (optical experience highly regarded but not essential)
- The ability to quickly learn product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly manner
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Patience, energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade when required
