Sale by Design Homes is one of Melbourne's leading property styling companies, transforming empty properties into market-ready homes for sale campaigns across the city. We're looking for a casual stylist who thrives on-site — someone with a genuine eye for styling who can walk into a room and know exactly how to bring it to life.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be on-site styling and decorating properties for sale — arranging furniture, dressing rooms, and adding the finishing touches that make a space feel like home. You'll take direction from the team lead on the overall vision, then bring your own creative judgement to the details: where a piece sits, how a room flows, what makes a space photograph beautifully. Alongside this, you'll help load and unload light furniture and decor items from our Pascoe Vale warehouse as part of the day's install.

What we're looking for:

? A genuine eye for styling, interiors or design — retail visual merchandising,



staging or similar experience is a plus

? Able to take direction confidently, but also style and decorate creatively once on-site

? Sharp attention to detail and a feel for current design trends

? Comfortable helping load and move light furniture and decor pieces

? Own car required (vehicle allowance paid separately per km)

? Bonus points if you're comfortable driving a small van

✅ Flexible availability including weekends is a big plus
