Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Category & Commercial Manager, you will support Category Managers and business stakeholders with sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks, governance requirements and best-practice processes.
Key responsibilities will include preparing RFx documentation, supporting scope development, conducting market research, coordinating tender processes, evaluating supplier submissions and assisting with contract administration activities. You will also support supplier onboarding, procurement documentation management and stakeholder engagement across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring prior experience in procurement, contracts, sourcing or category management, together with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience supporting tender processes, preparing procurement documentation and working within structured procurement environments will be highly regarded.
Candidates with exposure to Professional Services procurement and/or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) categories are particularly encouraged to apply. Experience using ERP systems, particularly Oracle, will also be advantageous.
