- Coordinate travel, expenses and logistical arrangements, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
- Support the ELT operating rhythm, including coordination of agendas, briefing materials, actions and follow-through, in line with agreed priorities, ways of working and role scope
- Support the preparation, consolidation and quality-checking of correspondence, presentations, briefing notes and Board-related materials where required
- Support a connected and effective EA community by helping maintain shared context, information flow, coverage awareness and practical alignment across the cohort.

What you’ll bring to this role

- Extensive experience supporting a CEO, C-suite executive or comparable senior leader in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment, with exposure to Board, shareholder, investor or ownership-related stakeholders highly regarded
- Experience working in a privately held, transformation, infrastructure, technology, professional services or similarly fast-paced ownership environment highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to support a high-volume, complex executive environment with competing priorities, confidentiality and frequent change
- Exceptional judgement, discretion and organisational awareness, with confidence handling highly sensitive business and people matters
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive correspondence, briefings and presentations
- Strong understanding of executive governance and experience supporting ELT or Board-related processes
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams, with sound Excel skills and confidence using technology to improve executive workflows
- Exceptional planning, prioritisation and attention to detail, combined with the ability to maintain pace under pressure
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience and problem-solving capability, with the maturity to remain practical, calm and solutions-focused when priorities shift quickly.
