About the role:
As a Certificate III Qualified Educator, you’ll build strong connections with children, families, colleagues, and the community to support children’s development in a safe and engaging environment that encourages learning, play, and social interaction.
Key responsibilities include
- Support the implementation of engaging, child-focused learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and children's individual needs.
- Observe, document and contribute to children's learning and development while maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating workplace.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and quality standards

About you:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved or equivalent)
- Knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and colleagues.
What we offer: Part-time role (30.4 hours per week, 4days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). Remuneration aligned to Children Services Award Level 3 plus super and salary packaging. Supportive leadership, development opportunities and a values-driven workplace.
Requirements:
Current driver’s licence and ability to obtain/maintain required pre-employment checks and certifications (including National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable Cards and First Aid), plus mandatory training as required.
