We’re currently looking for experienced hospitality, food services and cleaning staff to join our team and work across aged care and healthcare sites throughout Adelaide’s metropolitan suburbs.

Whether you're preparing meals, supporting food service, keeping facilities clean or assisting with laundry services, your work plays an important part in supporting residents, patients and healthcare teams.

Cook & Chef Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook nutritious meals in line with aged care and healthcare requirements
- Prepare texture-modified meals and special diets, including pureed, minced and moist, soft and bite-sized and other dietary requirements
- Assist with meal plating and distribution
- Complete and record food, fridge and freezer temperature checks
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and infection control standards
- Manage stock and assist with food ordering
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen workplace

Cooks and Chefs must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Kitchen Hand / Food Service Assistant Responsibilities

- Set up and deliver food and drink trolleys
- Prepare and plate meals, including texture-modified foods and fluids
- Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads and snacks
- Record food temperatures and maintain food safety standards
- Wash dishes and maintain clean and organised kitchen areas
- Follow infection control and hygiene procedures
- Work with modified diets in accordance with IDDSI guidelines

Cleaner Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout resident rooms, bathrooms and communal areas




- Perform high-touch point cleaning and disinfection
- Set up, maintain and restock cleaning trolleys
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures
- Complete cleaning documentation where required
- Knowledge of the Coloured Mop System is highly regarded

What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for reliable, experienced people who are confident stepping into different healthcare and aged care environments. To join our team, you'll need:

- Minimum 6 months' experience within an Aged Care or Hospital environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Proof of 2026 Influenza Vaccination
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum 2)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
- Knowledge of modified diets and IDDSI guidelines for Food Services roles
- Knowledge of the Coloured Mop System is highly regarded for Cleaning roles
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent for Cook and Chef roles
