ABOVE THE CLOUDS is a globally curated fashion, footwear and accessories retailer, with stores in Sydney and Melbourne and a fast-growing online presence. We're looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead our day-to-day operations and help build the systems and processes that support our next phase of growth.

The Role

As COO, you'll oversee warehouse and fulfilment, inventory management, logistics, customer service, retail store performance and studio workflow. Working closely with the founders and senior leadership, you'll bring structure, accountability and scalability to the operational side of the business.

What You'll Do

- Lead warehouse, fulfilment, shipping and logistics functions
- Oversee inventory planning, stock allocation and visibility across distribution centres and retail locations
- Drive operational excellence across customer service, retail and studio operations
- Develop systems, processes and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability




- Establish a consistent operational performance rhythm through KPI monitoring
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve while improving service levels
- Support strategic growth initiatives as the business continues to expand
- Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to execute business objectives

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading operations at scale, ideally in retail, ecommerce or logistics
- A track record of building and improving processes, not just maintaining them
- Robust experience with inventory, fulfilment and supply chain management
- A hands-on, data-driven approach to problem solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

- Location: Sydney, with regular travel to our Melbourne store
- Salary: Based on experience
- Reports to: Founders
