As a Childcare Educator (Certificate III) at Wattle Range Council, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages children's learning and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning and implementing educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of each child.
- Observing and documenting children's progress to ensure individual learning outcomes are met.
