About the Role As a Circular Economy & Waste Strategy Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering shaping the future of waste and resource recovery services. Reporting to the Team Leader -Circular Economy and Waste the core responsibilities include:

- Lead the planning and implementation of future kerbside waste reforms to meet community, environmental and financial objectives.




- Develop and maintain long-term waste management strategies, policies and actions plans.
- Provide leadership to staff, develop workforce capability, and support the delivery of both strategic and operational objectives.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in environmental management, waste management or relevant field, together with demonstrated experience in waste, circular economy, sustainability, or local government service planning.
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prepare strategic reports, policies, business cases and presentations.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing projects, influencing change.
