Pipeline Drillers Group is one of Australia’s leading Horizontal Directional Drilling design and construction service providers with over 26 years’ experience. Our construction team specialises in the trenchless installation of gas, water, electrical and telecommunication pipelines from urban centers to remote rural Australia.
Due to the demand of multiple ongoing projects, Pipeline Drillers Group is currently seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for a permanent, long-term opportunity in our growing team. The position based in Sunnybank Hills, QLD however will also require a level of travel throughout Australia to directional drilling jobsites to interface with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) providing specialist project engineering coordination and management support.
This prospect will suit a highly organised individual, who operates with integrity and a sound working knowledge of civil engineering principles and relevant Australian and International standards. As Pipeline Driller Group’s engineer, your role will include working in the office on designing and drafting, as well as managing onsite operations and liaising with clients.
You will be involved in all aspects of the projects, from tendering to project completion.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Pipeline or Directional Drilling Industry
- Overseas experience leading HDD projects preferred
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience essential
- Trenchless Design software: HDD Toolbox or Vermeer BoreAid experience highly desirable
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Remuneration will be based on experience within a range of $200,000 to $240,000 exclusive of superannuation. The successful candidate will be able to represent Pipeline Drillers Group in an operating environment of multiple stakeholders, maintain the company’s safety culture and high level of professionalism.
