Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Civils team. This role will see you leading site crews across a variety of civil construction projects throughout Western Australia.

About The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Supervising and leading site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators
- Planning and coordinating daily construction activities
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project schedules
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
- Maintaining project records, reporting progress and communicating with project stakeholders
- Assisting with planning, programming and resolving onsite issues
- Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and your project team

About You To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Previous experience supervising civil construction projects




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews
- Experience delivering earthworks, roadworks, drainage, concrete or similar civil infrastructure works
- A sound understanding of construction methodologies, safety legislation and quality requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A current C Class Driver's Licence (HR desirable)
- White Card
- Section 44, Schedule 26 or other relevant statutory qualifications (essential).
- Current National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
